appeal victory

I would expect if SMM lose their appeal then the share price should go back to pre Caveat
price.....then 8.3 which should be $1.27 will be very disappointing if it does not . still hoping to see some of this Share holder Value we have been told will be coming now 5 years I notice now our leaders have written that out of their annual reports and quarterly reports.
hopefully SMM wont have to many arguments I am sure they will have 3 that will require quite a bit of discussion over.
