and just so it is on record SMM do have other avenues wether they wish to go down that path who knows
and really I don't care, but to keep insisting on that they have not shows me how ignorant you really are
and how all your rant is just one way....I hope your rite about no other rights of any appeal for SMMi would hate to be near you if your wrong. have you evr heard of the international arbitration council, and who has a right to seek hearing in it .....because SMM do have a right and if any body want to suggest they don't then they are a just as single minded as you fuzz.
