Appeal win or lose

I've followed this stock for around 8 years and have been topping up recently, if that indicates my sentiment.
Avq should have it in the bag, but we have thought that several times before But...
On the one hand you have to think SMM have something up there sleeve or there would not have appealed again. On the other hand they are just going through the motions so as they can say to share holders that they gave it there all.
I'm hoping its the latter.
Anyone have any info how the first few days went?
