This article says SMSL will file an appeal against the verdict within two days -

I'm not trying to downramp as i've been holding for some time.
Can anyone with a better (legal) understanding than me give thoughts on the implications of the SMSL appeal. How long is it likely to take ? Is it likely to hinder Lynas in importing the ore and firing up the LAMP. And anyone other relevant points on this matter. Regards.
