I understand that and the judge allowed for it in the option to take a portion of profits but it still comes back to 24% of the cash was stolen from CHM.
You cant pump all that money into something if you dont own it in the first place and judge concluded that without CHM MMX would never have secured the opportunity.
If you think MMX won the case you are dillusional as profits will include the sale of 50% to Mitsubishi.
CHM got two of the three remedies it asked for and now is going back for the third.
The other part in this is that the judge agreed that more cash was raised through misuse of CHM but it went into a melting pot and couldnt be directly traced.
Still breaking the law so watch the 24% climb after the appeal.
