I understood they had 28 days to appeal the NSW PAC decision. The approval was dated 2 September and the ASX announcement was 8 September.

I am not clear what grounds Eurobodalla shire has since downstream water was raised by Palerang council and measures have been put in place to minimise chances of pollution plus the mine is conditional on ongoing monitoring of water quality.

The newspaper article implies that EB council was not consulted but it is clear from the submitted documents to NSW PAC that EB council was well aware of this application and indicated concern but did nothing more.

I do not believe they have anything new to submit.
