there's a website i found a while ago while looking, it has the last court hearing on it, basically word for word of what was said and by who, eden and costal put up a good case, i dont know what they can do different this time, i don't really care to much either. my understanding from the research ive done is that the quality of the shale in the UK is likely to be no where near as good as the US, and much of eden's exploration licences are in very low quality area. although on the upside the original exploration licences eden gained seem to be good, the wells eden drilled a number of years ago returned the highest permeability of any well drilled in the UK, this is all my opinion, DYOR
