For what it is worth, you can check on the Native Titles website to see how objections are progressing (seemed to me that most get dismissed but that is merely a personal opinion).

You go to 'future acts'

Tribunal Number is: WF2012/0014

type = Objection

date from 01/02/13 (there is a calendar)
date to (whatever date you are checking i.e. 08/03/13)

the State = WA

that should bring up all the WA objection results from the 1st Feb 2013 to current date.

I checked a few minutes ago. Ours does not come up, so has probably not been heard yet (they seem to have heard the future determination objections up to 15th Feb 13, as of today's date.....but this is merely a personal opinion).
However, if that I am correct, ours should come up in the next 2 to 3 weeks.....but feel free to check for yourselves, in case I missed something.

Just thought I would post this information, for those who are feeling 'nervous' and want to keep an eye on how things are going.
