What I am suggesting is 4 years ago Lynas was very happy with this contract and did not object to it at all. In fact, since contract lined up so well with the May 2019 plan, I assume they had input into it. Now they are unhappy. If the contract hurts them they absolutly should seek a change. We as stockholders have to try and sort out what changed and why! This change from wanting an extension which I find quite reasonable to asking for removal of all restrictions which I find confusing should be explained. KAL was suppose to have better dry concentrate at lower coasts. Suddenly they want to be able to run Lamp C&L for an extended time which was not in original plan, why? Here is AL statement after the 2019 contract was finalized. To not understand change and why and just look at present is a mistake in my eyes.
