I'm no technical person but can anyone eplain the two paragraphs sis has highlighted.

It appears there is no dispute over amounts or estimated U reserves not being declared but rather a non diclosure of activity or future activity.

Can someone who knows the Case better than me explain what our M&D C Matter is about.

What actually is AGS disputing ie is it covered by sis's two paragraphs from Justice Mansfield's discription.
