Big day tomorrow in the history of Alliance.
I suspect if all goes well for AGS there will be an ASX announcement.
If not then I guess we will only see an update on the AGS website.
Whatever the judgement is atleast this appeal will be finalised by tomorrow. I'm guessing that a second appeal by either party is not possible.
From tomorrow it will be nice to see, on the Federal Law Search, that 3 of the 4 applications from AGS against Quasar are finalised.
Just maybe tomorrows judgement may lead to a mediation as both parties will have all avail knowledge of what the situation is and what is admissible etc.
If Quasar are sitting on something and they are ordered to disclose this info it will make for an interesting few months.
If Quasar were fully transparent from the start then this situation would not have eventuated in the first place. Makes you wonder what they have got to hide.
