Big day indeed. We shouldn't underestimate how important a decision it will be if AGS are given access to the joint venture documents.
I think most posters here would agree that we think Quasar/Heathgate have been... how should I say this without risking libel... a little loose with the figures concerning operating costs, upgrades to their plant, and what the general costs have actually been with respect to four-mile since the decision to mine. So it's been over $60 million already with little to no development activities to show for it. I find it hard to believe.
So anyway, the J/V books could show whether these costs, and the future predicted operating costs, are fair and resonable. If not, well, that would be a problem for Quasar/Heathgate.
