i think i'd wait for the judgement notes before being to depressed about yet another loss in court. in fact, it may well be a positive ... if there is no further discovery then they need to make do with what they have... and so they can jolly well get on with the main game being M&DC case ... but the market will take a hit in the meantime I suspect ... ouch
