Sis - good post. I felt the same when I was reading it, but I had to keep reminding myself that this was not the M&DC case, it was judgements related to the appeal of gaining access to very particular documents.

All all of us can do is hope that we already had the golden ticket in our hand prior to the appeal, and that we were looking for a little bit of cream to go on top. Today, we weren't given the cream, but fingers crossed that what we have got is sufficient.

The reason I am confident is that we have been fighting this a long time, confident that we will win. To maintain those confidence levels for such a period must mean we have already got proof...doesn't it??!!
