And he certainly knows the complete background to this story - right back to the late and inadmissible evidence (re the agent and principal argument) involving licence 2874 with Bonanza Gold and Goldstream Mining. Interesting that they should both be gold explorers before being transferred to Alliance and later becoming L3666. Interesting too, I thought that this late tendering of further evidence was found not to be "in the interests of justice". ..

I agree though that the ML and DC matter is a different and much more important issue. Let's hope that our legal representatives manage it better than they have their arguments re the JVA
