I think this a good simplistic summary of where we are with this " drama " at this point in time
I could only add one more interesting piece to the " puzzle " .
P Mutz.
I'd say that when he was employed by Heathgate he would have signed a confidentiality contract covering a specific period from the date he left there employment.
When he came to AGS he obviously disclosed privately to them what he knew but obviously the information could not be used in the Public Domain.
But for how how long can he lips be legally sealed?
Has part of this process been to allow time for " restrictions " on him to expire so when he's needed to be the " smoking gun " he can " come out " ?
One thing for sure is he knows everything there is worth knowing and what we all want to know!!
Just a thought
Cheers
