APPEALS LODGED
Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd (ACE) today lodged appeals in the Federal Court of Australia against:
1 that part of the judgment on the pre-action discovery matter dismissing ACE's application for disclosure of documents on the basis that they are jointly owned having been prepared by Quasar as manager of the Project on behalf of both itself and ACE; and
2 the judgment granting limited discovery in the misleading conduct matter.
