No - not catching a falling knife, they also bought almost 1m shares last Thursday. These guys own so much of the company now - we would have to regard them as insiders. Why would they buy so many shares if they thought the deal with Morgan Stanley was not going ahead or was somehow not in the interest of the company? Looks more like they are loading up before the deal goes through!
