    report in The Age and AFR this morning quote Orbis, who hold 8%+, as wanting a capital return of 40c+. Goes on to state that the remaining business is worth between 20-30c.

    also talks about the level of debt. one report says it is $800M on-balance sheet debt and mentions significant off-balance sheet debt. the other report refers to the 800M as both on and off balance sheet debt. Which is it?

    Also reference to one of their major customers Pulse being under pressure by its lenders.
