    question regarding this impairment of 220-270 million.sigma already have 800 million in debt, after the sale to aspen for 900 million 100 left over.will the 100 million go to paying off this impairment or is this just a book figure.any idea when they have only the retailing arm what revenue/profits are being forecast.
