shareholders get to vote in november, will be better for shareholders if management tells aspen to go away and do a capital raising giving existing long suffering share holders first preference ,get rid of the debt ,or majority of it and start afresh. in my opinion this is and can be a fabulous company in a sector where there is and there are synergies which can be acomplished if there are smart managers who can /will bite the bullet.
