An on-market buy of 40k odd,is a relatively cheap way to attempt to appease disgruntled shareholders,especially in comparison to the profits Mike has materialised on his share sales.
Caution needs to be heeded that this is not seen as a buy signal or impending news.
Unfortunately I can't help but think it is all smoke and mirrors.
