Gee director selling millions at the top after pumping up the share price with statements that were inaccurate and leading to a calamitous share retracement to the point were new announcements aren't even taken seriously by the market sucks. Director washing a comparatively piddly amount of shares back in at less than 45% their average sell price after the announcement sucks. What makes you guys happy???
I can draw you some nice diagrams to help you understand that simplifying something down can actually change the whole meaning but I think you get the picture.
