I guess you can still invest long term by doing short term adjustments. I'm trying to define a fair value range for my stocks in current and future years, if they deviate from the range I ether buy or sell (depending if it's lower or higher deviation).
I know some people do both investing and trading over 1 stock where say they put 10k invested and don't touch it for years and another 10k trading the same stock on the swings. I don't like that approach..
