Trading stocks is just a horrible idea in general there are better instruments out there to manage risk. My theory is in the stock market you invest 80% in high quality 20% in growth. The dividends you get from high quality is additional capital to adjust holdings. Sometimes you can adjust weightings, reinvest dividends etc - it's complicated - but from my view short term trading stocks is bad news. Five year horizon and if valuations are met before then - that's great.

I dont touch speccy penny stocks. But like companies like APX, RWC, MTS, PSI, JIN etc that have a bright future. Silly trading these stocks. Anyway to find good growth stocks Australian market is pretty poor compared to the U.S. Invest in high quality dividend paying stocks in Australia and growth in the U.S.
