I am not sure why a Democrat controlled government would be bad for the market, especially Tech Stocks. Majority of the Tech CEOs are Democrat supporters. And they especially did well under Clinton and Obama. The more establish companies like Cisco , IBM etc have boards that are mainly Republican. People are just looking for an excuse to sell down.
