To give an insight into a valuation comparison, Lionsbridge (close US competitor) was bought out by private equity on 8x EV/EBITDA.
Now we all know private equity is smart when acquiring and have a good handle on value.
So what multiple of EV/EBITDA is Appen trading now after the price correction? Much better than historical prices, but not a steal.
