Raises the total cash balance to $9.62 million, so extremely unlikely that a CR will be required for working capital purposes prior to achieving project finance.

Bring on project debt finance with some equity thrown in for good measure i.e. to cover the 15% of project acquisition (remaining payments to Dathomir) plus general working capital (G&A) in the lead up to first revenues from Lithium & Tin production.
