I suspect that these are the second round of option conversions taking place by the institution who delivered funding during the major restructuring of the company last year.
I also suspect that this institution has been responsible for the constant reloading/drip feeding whenever a sell side is close to finishing up ("iceberg selling"). It will be disappointing if they continue to do that.
