So to convert your 100,000 shares will cost you $5000

100,000 BPHOA = 100,000 BPH

You’ll notice the BPHOA price stay pretty close to .05c cheaper than BPH price.

Say you bought 100,000 BPHOA at .15 that would cost you $15,000. In a years time and BPH was worth .40 you want to convert the options you pay $5000 to convert.
You’ve invested 20k total.
You can sell the new BPH shares at the current market price. 100,000 x .40 =$40,000

Also consider that the money raised from exercising the options (i.e. the $5,000 in this example), go straight to the company as part of their working capital.
