If I'm reading it correctly, 121 warrants exerciseable to 44,992,640 Ordinary Shares.

Have these warrants been exercised? I may be wrong, but I suspect not. When these warrants are exercised, top price is 33.5c and bottom price is 23.45c a share.

That 10c a share makes about 4.5 million dollars difference when exercising warrants. It may be in certain peoples interests to drive the sp down to 23c or less during the next 180-270 or so days.

The 'bot' has been selling shares down this week I notice. I hope I'm really wrong but I'm thinking there might be a lot of pressure to keep sp in the 20s for the next 9-12 months.
