Maybe, just maybe, both parties (were) are so convinced that before long 10 cents will look a historical "aberration" and that CVI shareholders will soon have forgotten such deals, when the shareprice will commence its stratosperic trajectory...Just maybe....
(It's the Greek, conspiratorial nous in me, please forgive me......I do not use it too often for such terribly "far-fetched" noetic creations...).
