    $2m fee payable for the introduction and negotiation of the proposed transaction between Enditrade and CityView.

    This is an existing business that CityView and Enditrade believe will grow substantially over the coming years as Angola becomes a major exporter of Oil and Gas and Minerals. The consultant has agreed to take the fee in company stock.
