    I sort of follow...
    They are a long way off mining...pity...
    President Zuma is starting a NGP New Growth Policy, hoping th generate millions of new jobs in SA over coming years...which might be good for miners...
    however the flip side I have been seeing in SA ..is a real problem with tenure..land claims leading to doubts about prospecting rights..
    It will take me years too..to invest.
