Personally I was hopeful that this wouldn't happen prior to results.
My sentiment was depending on it.
I don't want to read too much into it, but I must admit I'm a little nervous that they have raised this capital prior to results, when they could have raised the same amount with less dilution post positive results.
Not sure what to make of it.
