    They'll be issuing a helluva lot more shares than this.

    I predict they'll issue another 4 billion odd shares and then do a 10-12:1 consolidation to achieve approx 450 million shares on issue.

    The writing was on the wall with this one when epi-lasik failed.

    With their luck the coal mines will go up in flames as soon as the backdoor listing is achieved...
