12,159,506 shares issued at 9c as promised (that's $1,094,355 raised).
Well, it was supposed to be 13,477,700 shares so someone might have pulled out, but they say they'll place those "in due course", and if they hit some nice drill cores & the market doesn't totally tank it probably won't be a problem.
This is one huge sigh of relief - I'd hate to think what'd happen to the share price if this CR had fallen through.
