The announcement this afternoon re the new issue of shares. An additional 62,319,495 to be issued, I assume to cover Cap raising.
Any views on the impact of dilution upon SP?
This company confuses me.
Two generous dividends in the second half of 2009, and now back to the market to raise additional capital and an increase is shares on offer when the Unlisted options are considered, from 415,507,311 to 509,075,610.
Would the share issue for access to Khartoum be included?
Perhaps Yaq or Hardmano could offer there words of wisdom?
Up to this point my sentiment has been a long term buy, but now I am not sure.
