Reading through this I am quite have to know that these guys have been incentivised to bring value to the company. Guys of this calibre have a number of projects that their involved in but given where their exercise price is, it will be well within their interest to meet the milestones. Big things could come from these milestones being achieved for all SHE shareholders.
At first glance I thought the options were too cheap but the reality is, that's where the share price was back at that time and it appears that the share price has run off the back of the announcement of their involvement.
The big buying has to be coming out of the states and could possibly be an insto that is associated with San Remo.
I'm not sure why this wasn't included with their appointment announcement or as a seperate announcement? I see a lot of positives!
People are what make companies and these guys appear to be the right connections for what we need to capitalise on the California market.
