T20 just shows who the significant holders are & how many of the shares are available on market.
However, pro's & cons to have a few large cornerstone holders that (can) be white knights (cornerstone investors).
Pala has a seat on the board, so would they have access to info that we receive a little later (like oh I don't know first uranium delivery)
