Did GDY just issue stocks to a consulting company at an 81% premium!!! (1.63 per share), seems a bit odd to me that a company would accept that unless:
1) it was agreed at a prior date (i.e Apr-06)
2) they have alot of confidence in this stock going to 1.63.
Any ideas???
