"Thank God they still get their bonuses....."
Very few jobs get significantly rewarded for doing the standard work expected of their position. Sure, if the company returned exceptional/outstanding/incredible outcomes then they would be deserved but they are set at a price.
Aside from that, they aren't bonuses but a price for obtaining discount shares. Company performance v's market perception.So wrong.
