    A little confused

    1) Why do capital raising if you are expecting to announce a substantial resource upgrade

    2) Why do capital raising if you already have enough cash

    3) Why issue 25million new shares to now have 151 million shares. That is a large percentage.

    I hope they did not rush into the issue just because their share price doubled from 10 cents.
