I have been asking the same questions myself, the capital raising took place while thye were on a roadshow to europe. Askier says the co says 80% may have gone to offshore, if they didnt need the money and have a resource upgrade then why do a placement.
The only answer i can come up with is that they are giving a major a foot in the door, thats why i want to see who is new in the top 20.
It will be easy to recognise as the top 20 holds over 80% of the stock currently so whoever took up this stock would have to be on the next top 20.
Ps they would have a rough idea the results would be good as the area was drilled 20 years or so ago by the danish govt i think.
