For us holders
If we don't accept LG...then of course we can be compulsorly acquired if they get to 90%. If they get to that, out of interest do we also get access to the shares sale plan? I would have thought so.
If they don't get to 90%, I am hoping that that SBL will climb nicely given the supposed access to LG capital, the 2m ozes hopefully coming, and the magnanese has value and dont forget the double production. Or was that some sort of dream.
So hopefully, the 20% who don't sell can enjoy that rise - funny thing is the directors will be stuck with the dog LG. I guess as many have already, they could offer us a higher price for the final 20%, albeit with 10% needed to get to 90%.
But someone mentioned they could "starve us" final holders and drive the SP down and "pick us off". Soooo - how does that work again? Doesn't that strategy hurt LG too much anyways after their publicity about the takeover? I really wanna understand this downside risk and I definately dont trust anyone at all in management of these two cos.
The other option is to sell to LG this week. but be vulnerble to someone else selling my shares in a large dump, oh sorry I mean "tranche".
So to my fellow holders, what are our downside risks that you see?
My shares are for sale in the late 2's - All yours Weis, come and get em.
