Does this latest appendix seem strange to you?
The director bought 1,779,942 shares of which 166,000 were on market.
Calcs
Therefore assuming on market price was 5c, then this accounts for $8300 of his purchase. The total value of his purchase was $23206, leaving a $14906 off market purchase of 1,613,942. This gives us a price of 0.9c per share!!!
Is this correct or am I missing something, because that is worrying if it is correct.
