I will go one step further and suggest that if you are a current holder or potential holder and have concerns - before posting on Hot Copper, you should perhaps first express those concerns and seek assurance/explanation direct to/from the company -either by email (and pestering enough to get a reply) or phone to either express your concerns/displeasure and or seek some type of assurance or clarity.
The first port of call or effort to dispell concerns must be the company - not Hot Copper!
