They've managed to cut their cash burn even more - they certainly needed to. Must have sacked all their production and warehouse staff. Another month of $0 receipts and sales shows they aren't needed right now! Maybe they sacked the sales team too.

Now burning about $400k per month + $1.3mil every quarter in interest.

With $13.7mil in that bank that will extend their time to live for almost another 22 months... assuming they manage to get past the next few days in court!
