When the Dr eventually goes to court to have his defence smashed to bits then soon after when HCT camnnot pay their fine it will go in to suspention never to open again....
This will only occur though after the Doc has sucked as much as he can out of it and exausted all means of revenue including the loans available to them(which is is reducing rapidly)

As a going concern this was flagged in the last Ann
""The Group incurred a loss after tax for the period of $1,257,485 (June 2022: $550,230 loss) and a net cash outflow from operating activities of $24,787 (30 June 2022: $471,203 outflow). As at 30 June 2023, the Group has generated a working capital of $26,897 (31 December 2022: $1,183,487 working capital). This financial statements is prepared on the going concern basis, which contemplates continuity of normal business activities and realisation of assets and settlement of liabilities in the ordinary course of business. The ability of the Group to continue to pay its debts as and when they fall due is dependent upon the Group's ability to generate positive cash flows through its existing business and/or raising of further equity. While the Group is optimistic that its Malaysian and Australian revenue will continue to grow and contribute positively in the future, it does realise the risk should the Group fail to generate sufficient positive cash flows and/or obtain funding when required. There is significant uncertainty as to whether the Group will continue as a going concern and whether it will realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities in the normal course of business and at the amounts stated in the financial statements""

With a loss every quarter and this one should not be any different, then time is running out quickly for the Dr to grab as much cash as poss......End of year= ALL OVER
