I feel having a years cash is prudent for companies such as this... you don't want to ask for money just as the lights are about to go out, or when people are starting to talk about your cash position and ability to maintain going concern as you need to discount offer by a greater amount to entice their capital.
GNX really needs the call on KS-H... either sign the deal - or find another party, there are plenty of solar producers out there already... their history is no where as rosy as wind or energy storage.
